Field Day is a school event. The PAC organizes volunteers and provides funding. All rules, expectations, and decisions regarding Field Day are determined by the school, not PAC. We understand many parents want to take part in this special day. Administration and staff work to make the process as fair as possible while also prioritizing safety and liability. Please read all information carefully before signing up.
- Field Day will take place on June 12, with a rain date of June 15.
- Once all volunteer spots are filled, a waitlist will go into effect.
- Only one adult per family may sign up.
- Volunteer spots may not be transferred to another individual. If you are no longer able to attend, you must notify PAC so the next person on the waitlist can be contacted.
- Harassment or threatening messages directed toward PAC will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in the loss of your volunteer spot.
- A completed CORI is required by May 22. It is your responsibility to verify your CORI status. If your CORI is not completed by May 22, you will be removed from the volunteer list and your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
- Any questions or concerns should be directed to Mr. Dearborn and the PAC co-chairs.
